崗位名稱: Service Manager 售后服務經理
崗位職責:
1. Establish customer service procedure according to company actual status and supervise the implement, including detailed handover process & requirement, and the complains solving and improvement.
根據公司的實際情況建立客戶服務流程,并且監督執行,包括產品交付流程和要求,以及客戶投訴的解決和提高。
2. Regard on the quality problems in the warranty, communicate with quality department for the assembly problems, and communicate with Alpen for other technical or design problems. Then summarize the experience and keep improving the product quality.
質保期內的質量問題,組裝問題跟質量部溝通提高,其他技術和設計問題跟阿爾彭溝通,然后總結歸納產品問題和做到產品質量的持續改進。
3. Verify and approve the claim parts in warranty term.
判斷和批準質保期索賠零件。
4. Work with Agro training manager to improve the service technicians and all the dealers’ service technic and efficiency in China area.
跟農機農藝經理配合, 提高售后服務服務團隊和中國區所有經銷商的服務技術和服務效率。
5. Be responsible for the customer satisfaction survey and keep improving.
負責客戶滿意度調查并持續改進。
6. Manage the spare parts sales target and the storage. 
管理零部件的銷售目標和管理零件庫存。
7. Reconcile the spare parts with Alpen and make sure the spare parts business of LEMKEN Qingdao is profitable.
跟阿爾彭核對零部件業務,確保雷肯青島零部件業務盈利。
8. Make the department budget , and  control and audit department expenses.
制定部門預算, 控制和審核部門費用花銷。
9. Arrangement and coordination department jobs. 
本部門各項工作的安排與協調。
10. Other jobs assigned by Sales Director. 
其他銷售總監安排的工作。
任職要求:
1. University degree 
大學本科學歷
2. Successful completion of machinery major or similar training
畢業于機械專業或參加過相關培訓
3.  At least three years of experience in a similar position  at foreign enterprises
至少3年類似崗位的外企工作經驗
4. High level of communication, willingness and ability to work in a team 
溝通能力強,能夠進行團隊合作 

崗位名稱: Service Coordinator /服務協調專員

崗位職責:

1.Input、delivery coordination and tracking of sales parts, warranty parts and goodwill parts.

配件銷售訂單、索賠訂單、Goodwill訂單的錄入、協調發貨和追蹤。
2.Collect different requirements of spare parts and make purchasing plan according to stock.

匯總各種配件的需求并結合庫存制定采購計劃。
3.Purchase parts from Germany according to the plan, communication and follow up the delivery, send feedbacks to regional service technicians in time.

根據采購計劃向德國采購配件并實時與德國溝通和跟蹤,及時反饋各大區服務工程師。
4.Collect delivery service from each region and combine them together and analysis.

各大區服務交機單的匯總并對用戶進行初步分析。
5.Other duties assigned in Sales Dept.

該職位合同期6個月。
6.The contract period is six months.

銷售部安排的其他工作。


任職要求:
1.College degree or above 
  專科或專科以上學歷;

2.Having related industrial sales coordination, data analysis experience. 
 有相關行業銷售協調、數據整理工作經驗。

3.Be familiar with office software, Good at communication and having patient working attitude. 
 熟練操作office辦公軟件,良好的溝通能力,  細致耐心的工作態度。

4.Good at English Listening, speaking, reading and writing. 
 英語聽說讀寫優秀。

崗位名稱: 組裝操作工

崗位職責:
1. 按照生產計劃的要求保時保質地完成工作;
2. 控制生產裝配線上每個生產過程的質量;
3. 記錄必要的質量要求;
4. 保存好設備、工具、工裝;
5. 保持工作環境的安全和清潔;
6. 叉車操作(如果需要);
7. 領導布置的其他工作。
任職要求:
1. 機械專業,學歷要求職業中專畢業以上或相等;
2.一年以上裝配生產線的相關工作經驗;
3. 能看懂機械裝配圖紙;
4.有行車操作證或叉車操作證優先。
